Order Fulfillment

All orders are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping

• Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.

• Packages lost in transit must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.

• We will work with Printful to replace the item or issue a refund.

Returns

• Due to on-demand printing, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, color, or style preferences.

• Items returned because of an incorrect address or unclaimed package will be held for 30 days. Additional shipping may be required to resend the order.

Refunds

• Once your return or replacement is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are not refundable.

Customer Responsibility

• Please review the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
