What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When you sign up for a free offer, our email newsletter or purchase one of our products or services, you’ll be asked for your first name and email address so we may send you the information or products requested.  You’ll be receiving relevant information about that product as well as occasional information about other personal development products, programs and events we feel you would find relevant and are of high quality.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: Disquis.com. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact forms

If you contact the administrator of this site via the Contact form, your email address will be visible in the email she receives, so she may reply to you.  That email is not kept on the site and is deleted from her records at the conclusion of your business together.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.  Computer hardware and software information is deleted after 14 months.

If you have an account on this site, opted in to a free offer, product or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Your contact information (first name and email address) is kept only for the purpose of sending you the information you requested when signing up for a free gift, newsletter, product, service and/or updates.   This information is not stored on this site. We use an email service whose privacy policy can be found here.  They hold your information in strict confidence and do not share or sell your information with anyone else.

I have the right, at any time after your enrollment to accept or decline your purchase of consulting/coaching services, even after confirmation. I reserve this right if I deem you to be harmful to my business, my reputation, or my being. Subsequently, all services will cease. I 100% back what I offer, however, I do understand that sometimes it isn't a fit for everyone. Because of the nature of the "Mini-Life Makeover", a refund cannot be given once the program has begun. There will be no refunds for memberships, however, you can cancel at any time. For information on retreat cancellations, please refer here. There will be no refunds given on my Full Day Intensives as intense time and effort are spent preparing for these days. Workshops must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to the event, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit. If for any reason I must cancel, a 100% refund will be given. Individual (per person) workshop payments are refundable only if I cancel or if you give at least 14 days prior notice to the event date. If after viewing the first module of the course, and you feel as if it's not for you, you may email me here to receive an 80% refund, thereafter, no refund will be given. You have a grace period ofdays after purchasing any of my One-on-One Coaching Packages or Signature Programs, but before viewing any modules in my courses, to receive a full refund (100%), thereafter, no refund will be given. If after our first session, in any of my One-on-One Coaching Packages, you feel as if this isn't for you, you may cancel and receive a full refund (100%), thereafter, no refund will be given. If you wish to cancel a consulting/coaching session (included in my One-on-One coaching packages), you must provide at least 24 hours' notice (some exceptions may apply as I understand some circumstances are out of our control), otherwise you may forfeit the session. I value my time and it's the most expensive service I offer. Because of the nature of my digital products (journals, workbooks, and planners) a refund cannot be given. Please note that all credit card refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Clients have access to courses and updates for the duration of the program. Access will be terminated if at any time client is found to be in violation of any parts of the terms of service and disclaimer.

 

You agree not to hold me liable for any loss or cost incurred by you, or any person related or associated with you, as a result of materials, techniques, or consulting/coaching offered by me. You shall indemnify Michell Pulliam and its associates, in the event of any such claim, including but not limited to any claims made against the Principal of Michell Pulliam, by any person related or associated with you.

You agree and acknowledge to abide by these terms and conditions and you acknowledge the purpose for which my services are intended.
